Wherever you choose to work, you’ll develop relationships with your local community, build your dispensing business and develop a portfolio of services with your local primary care organisations. If you’ve already gained experience as a pharmacist, you could consider becoming a Professional Services Pharmacist. With the knowledge and skills you’ve developed, you’ll be the expert helping us to lead and develop others. As ever with us, it’s all about the people, so you’ll be passionate about delivering a broad range of professional services to your patients, including MURs. You’ll help develop your team, nurture relationships with other local health professionals and PCOs (while we help you to develop).

If management is for you, the opportunities with us are endless. As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll lead a small team in a pharmacy that’s an integral part of the community. Because you know what your customers want, you’ll tailor your offer to meet their needs. Building trust and relationships within your community, and putting your entrepreneurial spirit to good use will really help you to drive your pharmacy’s success.

You may enjoy working in a larger store, in which case you’ll be suited to a Pharmacist Store Manager role. You’ll manage a slightly bigger team, and offer a broader range of health and beauty items, alongside the core pharmacy products. While you’ll obviously have responsibility for your pharmacy, you’ll be managing the retail sales and operations too.
