You won’t just be dealing with your team, managing and motivating them, by really getting to know our customers and your local market, you’ll be able to offer them the services and products that you know they’ll benefit from most.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re an experienced manager or newly qualified, what our Professional Practice Managers all have in common is talent, ambition and a pride in delivering great customer care. The rewards in this role are significant too – with a significant salary package and a bonus scheme of up to 50% of your salary.

By managing an area of approximately 20 practices, you’ll ensure every local store is performing to its full potential. That means taking control of the regional quarterly delivery plan and ensuring that we meet and beat our targets. It’s a wide-ranging remit, and a challenging one at that. To identify areas for improvement, you’ll liaise and build relationships with the teams in every practice, so you’ll need to be able to deal with people at all levels. We know expertise like this don’t come cheap, so you’ll find our benefits package hard to turn down.

You’ll be a face-to-face contact for our customers, recommending and dispensing spectacles. With your natural interest in the industry, you’ll stay up-to-date with the latest developments, and be able to offer really tailored advice on frames and lenses. And, because we cater for all our customers with low cost through to designer frames, expect to be asked for a little fashion advice too.
