We want to ensure you feel marvellous about working for us. So when you first join you’ll be treated to a red carpet induction to help you understand more fully the way that we work and your part within it. This is followed by a one-on-one meeting with your manager to agree our expectations, and yours, and to create a set of objectives. These will be reviewed twice a year and is a tool that allows you to understand where you’re succeeding, exceeding and where you may need to improve. In each of these meetings you’ll agree and expand on your own development plan, making sure your career is moving in the right direction.

Alongside this, you have access to a wide variety of training opportunities and resources to help you develop your business and personal skills, covering subjects such as Coaching, Teamworking, Managing Change and Project Management. There’s even a resource library of learning materials, to help you on your way.
