My career so far: I worked at Sainsbury’s for 15 years before joining Boots. I was recruited to this role just over two years ago.

My typical day: Varied and full! The time flies. The atmosphere is fantastic because you’re making a difference to customers’ lives. Like in any job, some days can be frustrating, but you know someone will always help you here. It all starts and ends with people.
