My Career so far: Before taking this role I was a Pharmacy Manager for 10 years with Alliance Pharmacy.

My typical day: There’s no such thing as a typical day, because the patients I see are so varied. But generally, when I’m not counselling my patients I’ll be dispensing prescriptions, supporting all my team members and generally making sure things run smoothly. My working life is quite flexible – and that’s one of the best things about my job.

The best thing about Boots: It’s the people – everyone’s so friendly and warm, it makes for a great atmosphere at work. We all know we’re here to make a real difference to people, and it gives us a really good feeling at the end of the day.
