Qualifications when I joined Boots:  I think my experience mattered more than my qualifications when applying for this role.

Why did I choose this company? I wanted to work at Boots because of the scope of the company, and because of its progressive attitude to change.

My typical day: The days here tend to be busy but fairly easy to plan. There’s a lot of issues coming in all the time, so it can be quite a reactive job. The atmosphere is always very friendly and there’s a great team to work with.

The best thing about my job: The people and the variety – no two days are the same.
